On decision

The moment you stop doing what is wrong, you have already done what is right. Decision must be acted upon. But YET procrastination is the enemy of 'decision' ..and contrary to popular belief, procrastination is not about being lazy.. it might not be entirely your fault. Experts now say that It could be tied to traumatic events and the fear of failing, fear of rejection. This is where we (you and I) would have to learn on how to acknowledge our lackings, dive in-within and be honest about things that you want to change. Notice, Identify, Change and Embrace. All of which is only possible if you make that decision. I have seen instances where procrastination becomes the greatest hurdle in my clients life. This is where NLP, Hypnotherapy,  and CBT comes in handy. Once we NOTICE life is not turning into the way it should be, then surely we can agree something needs to be done. Then we IDENTIFY by putting things into perspective (on pen and paper). Next, we CHANGE. Afterall madness is doing the same old thing over and over again but expecting different result. Take it slow... "Troubleshooting" your life is not as easy as fixing a laptop. And then, to keep sanity we EMBRACE our journey, accept our fault and past failures.

This is how nice life would be if only you see the clarity in your decision via the NICE method.
