Breathwork

Stress and anxiety are increasingly prevalent mental health problems in our modern society. They can have harmful effects on quality of life, interpersonal relationships, and work productivity. Breathwork offers powerful tools to regulate stress and anxiety by directly acting on the underlying physiological and psychological mechanisms.

Regular practice of Breathwork can help improve respiratory and cardiovascular function by strengthening respiratory muscles, increasing lung capacity and promoting better blood circulation. These beneficial effects can be manifested by greater endurance, better tissue oxygenation and reduced oxidative stress, thus contributing to the maintenance of good overall health. Sharing with them basics of breathing after we are done with physical excercises. My hope that one day :

1. All pesilat in Singapore can participate in this practice that does not involve and not worry about religious backlash just because of some misunderstanding regarding this activity via workshop.

2. That we can all appreciate breathwork as an additional exercise to keep onself healthy

3. That i can clear the sad misreprentation some of the baseless accusation on "seni pernafasan" again via workshop.
