Finalyyy (my every year thing).. Normally I use relaxation techniques from meditation to help with hypnotheraphy sessions.. now I will be able to teach components of it to fit my courses in the future. Meditation is now an accepted modality across the world to help with mental health wellness.. This course expands on the sciences and its facilitation rather than the religious tags and ritualistic practices per se, although the instructor had covered the topic in a general way in the perspective of various religion (he spoke about zikr and tafakur which is cool).
